I'd like to use your system at a promotional event. It would be used to schedule free hair appointments and send out notifications to customers.  We would also like to use this same system to collect data from our guest that are interested in our product, but not interest in setting up an appointment. Is this possible with your product?

Yes, it is possible. For an event, I would suggest using the Thank You page redirect to automatically reload the blank form after the respondent hits Submit. Guide: Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page.

You can use our Appointment Slots widget to schedule appointments. Widget: Appointment Slots.

You can also have a Single Choice question on your form which would show or hide the Appointment Slots widget based on the user's selection. Guide: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer.

I have created a sample form for you, you are free to test it, clone it and use it to build your own form. Please note that after you clone the form, you would have to change the Thank You page redirection to point to that form's URL in order for the auto-reloading to work.
