Buenos días, quiero dar de baja a mi actual plan Bronce, solo deseo continuar con la opción gratuita.

Since you have a PayPal billing so you have to manually cancel the subscription I-B2V0VV8T7NW2.
You would have to manually cancel the subscription from your PayPal account. Follow this guide:
1. Login to your Paypal Account
2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to JotForm
3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it.
Once you have cancelled the subscription then you may let us know so that we may be able to refund it.
