    Hello,

I work at an organization called HandsOn Broward. Several of us in the office began using jotform free version and recently decided to upgrade to bronze and begin sharing one account as an office rather than having multiple.

I want to get the form I created into the other account. I was going to "share as a template" but i don't want it available to the public. Once i "share as a template" would i be able to delete it later? Or is there a way to transfer it to our paid account? The username for the paid account is "Team_HOB"

If this isn't possible i will just create the form again on our new account but i wanted to save the time if there is a way. Please let me know :) Thank you for all your help!

The form i am trying to share with that account is called "Volunteer Request Form"

It is possible to unshare a shared template.

How to Unshare or Edit a Shared Template?

We can move the form and submissions from you account to the account Team_HOB. Please confirm and we will move the form.

We can also move the forms from the other accounts, but those requests would have to be made from the account on which the forms were created. Please check the option 1 of the following guide for more details:

How to transfer or share forms and data with another account

As per your request, I moved your form to the account Team_HOB

This thread is public, you so can tell your colleagues to request on this thread that we move their forms to the account Team_HOB or they can open a new thread and request it there.
