PayPal Checkout option: Order Id is missing

We are using a form with PayPal. We have people completing the form who don't need to pay and people completing the form that do need to pay. When clicking on the paypal checkout, we receive an error code and the registration is not completed.

I have added a submit button in your Form so that people who do not want to purchase any product may just click on the submit button and proceed. I have just made a test submission on your Form.
