Creating surveys and forms

    I have a digital marketing business. I will provide my clients with the forms/survey required. The question here how can i create a form for them and give them access to the results/data collected from the form without the need to export the file myself and send it manually to them every time.

    Also can i prepare a digital survey for a specific period only. And client will be able to get the results without referring to me every time.

    2if i want to amend the form later. Will all previous data still be there. Or it will prepare a new data report other than the 1st one.

    Firstly, there is a emails section in the form settings. And you can add your clients email to the notification field in that section then whenever a submission is made, they will get an email but this method only sends submission one by one. The other option is, integrate google sheets to your form and then share the link with client then your clients can see data immediately.

    Secondly, you can set an expire time for your form. To make this , you can take these steps:

    1) Go to the settings in form builder.

    2) Click on the "Form Settings".

    3) In the form settings, click on the dropdown menu of the "Form Status".


    4) Select "Disable on date" option. Then select and expire date.


    Thirdly, your previous data still be there.
