Consequences: Going over the "Free" limit on Payments

We are a small school with an admissions form. Not a lot of applications now, but we expect a lot more later.

If we go over the "Free Plan" payment limit (10 payments/month), what happens? Do the forms get disabled?

We fully intend to upgrade whenever we start getting more. We just want to know what to expect when that happens.

    Thank you!

    Hi @gcarman32!

Yes, if you go over the 10 payment per month limit on the Free plan then your forms will be temporarily inaccessible and will display a Form Over Quota! message. The limits counters reset on the 1st of each month, after which your forms will become active again. If you upgrade you forms will become active again immediately.
