The form 92306933437258 was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting credit card details in plain form fields.
Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.
I deleted the guilty fields and re-activated your account. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Your account CakeCompetition is already active and you should be able to log-in. Could you please tell what's the error you are getting? You can also share a screenshot with us.
