Is it possible to share a form with me as a template?

Hello - I was wondering if its possible to have someone share a form with me as a template for me to use? 

Could you please confirm you just wish to have the template of the form or you want to make change the to the same form and view the submissions?

If you wish to have a form template then you can clone the form to your account if you have the URL of the form: How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

In case, if you want the form to be shared to you, so you can edit the same form then it's possible with Sub-User Account which is only available for Enterprise plan.

An alternative for the sub-user account feature is, you can take advantage of Form Collaboration to edit the form and ask the account owner to make the submission page public so you can view the submissions of the form.
