Non-Profit Plan questions

Hello ... I am very new to JotForm but I love it so far.  I am with a 501c3 animal rescue organization.  Our applications are very long!  So, the "contingency" question automation is of interest to me.  That is only available with a paid plan?  We have a very small budget, so I will probably have to pay for it myself ... so I don't want to upgrade if that one tool is my only benefit.
