    Hi there,

I am using Jotform for my photography contract template. I use a Question text for 'A. Fees', then Description  for 'CLIENT agrees to pay the photographer a booking fee', and Option 'I read and Understood'. When the contract is signed and sent, the client receives an email. The problem is that Description is not included into email copy and I want my clients to have this description. This is important for me! It is a part of contract with important information. Could you please provide me the solution how to fix it? Thank you!

You need to add the Description manually in the email template. Here's a guide that you can follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders

If you do not want to add it manually, you can try the scrollable terms widget and add the description there. Here's the link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/short_scrollable_terms

Let us know how it goes.
