I need the pictures by the side of the questions as per the others

    How to add pictures or images on the left of this questionnaire below. DPA2010

    I'm sorry, but it is not possible to add an image in the multiple choices field unless you will hard code it with custom CSS codes - background property. 

    I would suggest using our Image Checkboxes widget instead (http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/image_checkboxes).
