Quota Exceeded even after deleting submissions

Hi, 

I have cleared my upload submissions but it still displays that the quota has been exceeded.

You would have to delete/archive one of the Form from your account as you have crossed your maximum Forms limit.

You may check the limits from the usage section of your account:
