How can I get the link to my form to work on a mobile phone?

    Hi

    I cannot get access to the form I have created from a mobile phone.

    The link works fine on a computer.

    We have tried on several different phones.

    Is there a reason for this?

    I need people who do not have a computer to be able to access the form in this way.

    Please try this get the form link by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

    If the issue still persists, please provide the mobile phone you're using and the internet browser you're using when opening the form so we can try to replicate the issue.

    Also, the form URL you provided is working properly on my iPhone 6s plus and Safari Browser.

    Thanks for your help

    However the information in the link you provided is exactly the way I did obtain the url.

    I have a Vodafone Smart ultra 7 phone and am using Google chrome.

    However the point is that if I and my friend have been unable to use the link then my respondents are going to have the same difficulties.

    I think I will have to find another format to use which is a shame as I have worked hard on creating the form

    Hi again,

    Have you tried opening the form using a different mobile device? 

    When you say you cannot access the form using Vodafone, is there an error message or just a blank message?
