Link form to bank account and embed on Google site

Last year we started a youth lacrosse program in our town.  We are in the process of creating a registration form that we would like to use for our programs.  I heard really good things about your product from the high school team I am associated with. 

Our hope is to possibly work with you and one of your products to meet our needs.  We are interested in linking the payment portion of the form to the bank account we have set up for the program.  Can someone please contact me to discuss this further?  Is there a phone number I can call to discuss this further?  

We are currently using a google site as our website.  We would like to place the form on our google site for fall, winter, spring registrations.  Please advise.
