    Hello,

I am attempting to include a fillable PDF inside of a form. The function of the PDF is for people to fillout the fields within the PDF and submit along with uploaded documents. After tested the pdf embedder widget, the fillable pdf shows up as blank. Is there a solution to this? Please advise.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

What is the form you're working where this issue happens?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

If I understand you correctly, you added the fillable PDF Form within your online form and once the online form gets submitted, you wanted the entries within the PDF Form to be submitted as well?

Unfortunately, no that is not possible. JotForm does not have a link to the fields within the fillable PDF form.

If you want, you can instead recreate the fields of the fillable PDF Form into your online form. Or, you can create an entirely new online form using the fillable PDF, then embed that online form within this form using the iFrame embed widget.
