    Hi, hope you are fine.

I´m experiencing trouble with this form https://www.jotform.com/build/91944892618169

Every now and then after completing the form, the submission is not proceced. The button stays at "please wait" but it never finish to be submited, and all the information is lost if I recharge the page or go back :(

I have eliminated all conditionals I could, but even without them the form doesnt work half of the time.

I´m trying to introduce JOTFORM in my Hospital to upload all patients information, but given this constant error I find it hard to.

I would be very greatful if you could help me with this.

    Best wishes

    Matias

    Hi Matias,

I just tried making a test submission on your form but was not able to replicate the issue on my end.

May we know if the form is embedded on a webpage? If so, please provide us the link so we could also check.

It would be great if you could also provide us a screenshot of your browser's console logs. Please refer to this guide on How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply.

The form is not embendeed. But I was wondering if the "Signature widget" could be generating the error?

Next thursday im going to the hospital and i will be able to send you the firefox log. But please let me know whether you think the signature widget could be the reason.

BTW: Is there any chance to have a free upgrade in terms of EMAIL AUTOMATIC RESPONSES AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS for a mental health service of a public hospital in a third country?

    Many thanks in advance

    Matias

I have inspected the form as well as the Signature widget but it seems to be properly configured so I don't think that may cause an issue when you submit the form. And the user may not able to submit the form if the widget is empty.

And yes, please. Kindly provide a screenshot of the console logs in case you received the same error.

Also, Could you try accessing the form and submit it using a different network and see if it will submit successfully?

Is there any chance to have a free upgrade in terms of EMAIL AUTOMATIC RESPONSES AND EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS for a mental health service of a public hospital in a third country?

Unfortunately, the only way to add multiple email autoresponders/notifications, as well as recipients, is to upgrade to a paid plan.

If the hospital you mentioned is a nonprofit institution, you may apply for a 50% non-profit discount. Please submit your application on this link. Applications are subject to approval.

    Hi, hope you are fine.

Im experiencing this issue right now. I opened the firefox console log but is empty. The inspector tab has information, shall I send you a print screen of that one? thanks

I have tried a test submission using Firefox browser but still not able to replicate the issue:

Unable to submit form stuck on Please wait Image 10

Yes, please provide us a screenshot of the error so we could also check. Would be great if you could also share the steps you made until you received the error.

You can also try clearing your browser's cache and see if that will resolve it.

Hi John, may thanks for the follow up.

I see that the problem may be the hospital network. What shall I do when the page stops at "please wait" after pressing the submission button? I want to keep the information and try to resend it (and not to lose all I have written), should I press f5? or should I close the tab and open the link again?  thanks a lot

You may try enabling the Autofill feature so when the submission fails, the data you entered will be retained when you reopen the form.  However, you should use the same browser and data will only be stored within 24 hours.

But I think it's best to resolve the "please wait" error. If there's nothing being logged into the browser console, could you instead share us the information that you entered into the form that gives you the error so we could replicate it on our end?
