If you like to put a default value in the field then you can do so in the Properties > Advanced tab of the field. Here's a screenshot:
If you want to prepopulate the field, then please use the Field Prepopulator App. Here's the link: https://prepopulate.jotform.io/
You can also do it manually via the URL: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters.
You can schedule an email reminder in Publish > Email section. Kindly follow this guide: How-to-Set-Reminder-Emails-for-Your-Forms.
Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

1) I want to prepopulate the client name field with at least 300 names, is that possible?
2) reminder email is not working. The time of the reminder passes without sending a reminder email. Please advise3) I'm assigning people to certain forms and they are receiving an email with the username and password. Once they enter their details, the system tells them that the username or password does not match. -

I would recommend you to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget. The Spreadsheet to Form Widget will allow you to upload a spreadsheet to your form and use the values, which you have on the spreadsheet to pre-populate the form. You will use a unique code present on each row of your spreadsheet. So, you can access that specific row when it matches the unique code entered on the form.
The values are automatically populated on your form fields, as long as the spreadsheet column headings match your form field labels. The widget supports the following form elements: short text entry, phonenumber, scale, single choice, multiple choice, drop down, rating, full name, time, email and long text entry.
You can check and follow this walkthrough:

Since a ticket has been opened here regarding another matter, I have moved your last questions to the following thread:

This is not exactly what I want. I want to have a search engine similar to google which I write the first few letters of the Client name and then choices pops up. Here is an image to illustrate my idea:

The only closest option would be the Autocomplete widget, please try it: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/autocomp
