Could you please try deleting the PayPal Integration and then add once again to see if this resolves the issue.
Please note deleting the field will also delete the submissions for that field so before deleting the integration please take a backup of the submissions.
Before deleting make sure you have taken a backup of the submissions as submissions once deleted could not be restored again.
