Which gateways do you integrate with for credit card processing?

Hi which gateways do you integrate with for credit card processing? Is Auth.Net the only gateway? Also, for refunds, does Auth.Net's ECC (extended credit capabilities) need to be enabled for any refunds to go through, even if there is an offsetting sale? Some software require this to be turned on as it is not able to reference the original sale when sending a refund, which poses a risk when that feature is enabled.

    Thanks

You can also use PayPal Pro, PayPal Checkout, Stripe, which also processes credit card payments.

This would need to be enabled from your Auth.Net account itself. Please check this link: https://support.authorize.net/s/article/How-do-I-apply-for-Expanded-Credit-Capabilities-ECC

Thanks but that didnt really answer the question about refunds. I am aware ECC needs to be enabled through Authnet itself. Can refunds be processed through JOTFORM integrated with Authnet? If so, does ECC need to be turned on for this to occur? Or can Jotform reference the original sale for the refund, which would not need ECC turned on.

No, the refunds cannot be processed from our end. They need to be processed through the payment gateway end.
