How do I allow more than one form to be completed per family??

Hi 

I am wanting to allow more than one form to be completed per family? I have our members contacting me to say they can only submit one form and they cannot go and do another one for another child?? How do we allow them to submit as many forms as they like??

Have you solved this problem already? I did check your last edited form "USC Volleyball Registration Form" and you have not enabled "Unique Submission" in your form. Your customers should be able to submit multiple forms without any problem.
