i have the form created
One I hit submit it fails
what step am I missing

Hi @mrccemily,
I have checked your JotForm Form ID: 92593376415162 and see that the PayPal Pro configuration on the form is not complete. Please add your API Username, Password, and Signature your PayPal Pro account in the Payment wizard so that the form should be working fine after adding this information.

Please note that you need to have a paid business account in PayPal in order to use this payment type. Once you have the required account, please see this guide to obtain PayPal API credentials: How-to-Obtain-PayPal-API-Credentials
Please let us know if after adding the API credentials you are still having the same issue.

Hi @mrccemily,
Yes, Jotform will work with your PayPal account.
First, you would need to remove the PayPal Pro Integration from your form. But don't worry about the products you have already added. They will show back up when you add the PayPal Standard payment processor to your form. To remove, click on the field and then click on the remove garbage can icon.
Next, you will add the Paypal Standard payment processor to your form.
