All data does not transfer when converted to PDF

form is filled out perfect. And looks good until converted to a PDF. Can the conversion to PDF include all the fields that have been filled ?

It seems that your PDF report was customized. Maybe you accidentally remove some fields. Please customize the PDf report and re-add the missing fields or create a new PDF Document to see if that will resolve the issue.
