I have created a registration form for a flu shot clinic. Once the form is completed is there a way to text the person that completed it something so that when they go to the nurse to get their shot the nurse can easily pull up their submissions? Like a qr code that the nurse can scan to pull up their responses?

You can set up your form to send a confirmation email (autoresponder) to respondents that have successfully submitted it.

    Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

Your respondents can show or tell the information in the email confirmation to the station nurse to pull up their data.

You can also create a Grid Report for your form that the nurse can use to search the submission.

    How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report

The grid report will have all the submitted data to your form.

Another advantage that the Grid Report has is it has a "search" feature located at the bottom of the page which the nurse can use to pull up the data of your respondents immediately.
