Why there's an error showing when I submit my form?

    Hello JotForm Support,

    I am building a payment form to embed in my website.  Upon submission, I receive the error in the attached screen shot.  Any help would be appreciated.  There is no phone number field in the form.  Thank you.

    I cleared your form caches in an attempt to fix the issue. Could you please test your form and let us know if the issue persists?

    The issue occurs when the Phone number is set as a required in your Authorize.net account settings. Please try disabling it so that it should be working fine. Please see the screencast below that can help you with this.

    Yes. You may also add the phone number field to the form so that the payment shall be processed normally.
