Carrying over information for multiple contacts in a form

    Hi Jotform,

wondering if there's a way to carry over information from an original form to another?

For example, if an original form has a lienholder contact and a DMV contact, can we utilize their separate email addresses+relevant information to send them a separate follow-up form with the prior information submitted auto-populated in the second form to continue gathering additional information (sort of like sub-forms per different contacts stated in a vehicle reassignment form) Essentially, we will be sending separate email signature collectors to these different contacts in a subsequent form. Hopefully that makes sense!

    Thanks,

It's indeed possible to pass data from one form to another, you can do this through the form URL, here is a guide with more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

You may include the link with the pre-populated data in an email so the user can use this link to continue filling the next form.

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Hi Kevin,

I'm working on a form that I'd like our internal DMV team to initiate. However, they will only be responsible for the top portion of the questionnaire. I'd like Jotform to skip them until the last "Submit" button but I don't think I have the pages setup correctly. Below is the attempted skip logic. Please advise.

Update: I added a hidden submit button (hopefully). Will this submit button trigger the Auto-Responder and stay hidden when the Customer fills out the remainder of the questionnaire<-That is now the new question.

I just tested a submission and it looks like it's still displaying that 'submit' button for the "Customer" :(
