Why my account was suspended?

    Could you please help us? Our church uses this form to make pledges of what they will donate the next year and it is not working. I got a response yesterday that I needed to use an official email for the church but the email went unanswered. Where do we go from here? We need immediate help but there’s no phone number to call.

    Hi Laura!

    As stated by my colleague in your previous thread:

    Please clarify the purpose of your donation collection and the URL where your forms are used. Otherwise, please agree to our Terms of Use and allow us to remove the forms from your account so that we can lift the suspension.

    We also need you to change your registered e-mail to a corporate one.

    Can you please provide us your church corporate email?

    Why was my I.P address blocked for phishing?

    I was not phishing I was trying to create a form to allow customers to select advertising.

    Thank you! We did respond from the official email to your colleague but it wasn’t answered. I would be happy to change the email to hcrector@att.net but I can’t get into our account. The url is: https://holycomfortergadsden.dioala.org/. We are a church and we pledge donation amounts but do not collect them through the form. Does that help? Thank you for your quick response!

    My account is still suspended and this makes no sense. Would you please help? I cannot understand what the problem is. I have given you everything you asked for. Please respond ASAP- we need this resolved! Thank you
