Hi there,
Iʻve been trying to use the "Ticket Purchases" widget for several days now and it never seems to work. Could you look into this? Or perhaps provide assistance?
Iʻve attached the screenshots of the widget settings as well as the "The connection has timed out" message that Iʻve been getting for the past several days. -

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have created a cloned version of the form I assumed you are referring to in your post/screenshot and I was not able to reproduce the issue you have described.
I have loaded your form and it seems that the issue is no longer present.
Please check your form again and confirm if the issue still persists on your end.
