Can't save notification emails

    I am unable to change and save the notification emails for our form called Developmental History Form. Can you please check if this is a bug? Everytime I click save nothing happens and the old email addresses are there

    Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and log-in back to your account and edit your form?

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    Tried and tried to go incognito. Can you add rdubraski@tcfap.com   and lbloomenthal@tcfap.com email address to the first notification email and delete the other one? That is all I need done.

    Due to HIPAA restrictions I cannot edit your form.

    I have tried to add multiple recipients in our HIPAA test account and I was able to add multiple recipients to the notification email.

    I have cleared your form cache.

    May we know if there is an error message shown when you try to add multiple recipients?

    Can you please try to update again and if the issue still persists, kindly share the console log in your browser?
