Suspended account

    My account has been suspended due to unknown reason to me. Can you please contact me and explain. We are in the middle of registration for new season

    The form has a Social Security Number field and Driver's License Number field.

    However, it lacks the mandatory fields that you need to have in your form to support it.

    I see that you have added a signature field, but it is also important that you have a Terms&Condition widget added to your form when you are collecting such sensitive information. The widgets will serve as proof that your respondents agreed to have their information collected.

    How long will the process of unlocking the account take?
