Can I upload Jot Form Data into a Google Docs Excel Spreadsheet

I am looking to have a regular jot form that uploads to google docs as soon as its completed.  Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet. In that way, the data will also be sent to the spreadsheet every time the form is submitted.

Please note that once you integrated your form with Google Sheet and made a few changes on your form/spreadsheet at a later time, it will break the integration. A re-integration will be needed then. However, it will no longer use the previous spreadsheet as re-integration will create a new Spreadsheet with all the existing submission data in it.
