Email not received after form submission with multiple email form elements.

    I've placed two email form elements in my form, one for end-user (client's) and the recipient (practitioners) so each receives form results after submission. However, the practitioner isn't receiving the email once the form is submitted; only the client is receiving the form results. Please advise.
