Form is hanging and freezing in IE, Edge, Chrome and mobile

Hey, there. Recently my jotform (https://form.jotform.com/92663927219265), has been hanging during end user input. It is now at the point where it is completely inoperable. Can you please provide some insight in how I can resolve this issue? We have over 250 submissions with this form with no issues, and now it is not working at all.

You have 343 logical conditions set in the form which is why your form is laggy. Try to have as less as possible conditions on your form by combining them.

How about using the dropdown field to list the common parts? 

You can then assign calculation value to each option so you can lessen the conditional and workload of your form: How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

Is there a feature available that filters results? for example:

If City = Brampton, and Account = Leon's and Province = Ontario

The address field is dropdown box with only the addresses that match those conditions.

Unfortunately, applying multiple filters is not possible in that case. However, it seems you are trying to populate the Part Number field based on the user selection for Common Parts.

Here you can use the method suggested by my colleague to minimize the number of conditions.

I disabled all the conditions which you set to populate the Part Number field then used a dropdown field for Common parts and populate the Part Number field with the help of calculation values.

Then you just need to set one condition to populate the field.

Similarly, you can follow the same process to populate the Requester Email field based on Requester dropdown.
