Error received when submitting form - Only one entry is allowed

    Hi @ilcsdayouth,

    I can see that you have enabled the UNIQUE SUBMISSION setting for this form: 72768133284159.

    This prevents the user from making multiple submissions to the said form using the same browser and IP Address/network. If you would like to allow multiple submissions, please set it to "NO CHECK":
