Form Assitstance - Prince Hall Game Day T-Shirts

I need some assistance with my form. Can your support team modify the  t shirt order form, so that anyone can order multiple shirts and different sizes in the same transaction?

Currently you can order multiple shirts, but only one size, in the same order.

Hi @Rykejot,

I went ahead and made a clone of your form to add an option so users could select multiple shirts and sizes. You will first need to edit the product you already have created.

You can edit the product to add a product option.

Then change Create Sub Products form options to Yes.

Then from the Populate Options from Presets Select T-Shirt Size.

Then click on Save option.

Now your form will look like this.

Is this how you would like your form to display? If so you can remove the T-Shirt size field you have on the form.

I wanted to make sure this meets your requirements before making any changes to your form.

I’m back. Sorry.
When the quantity was added, somehow 4X and 5X was dropped as an option. Need those sizes as an option.  XS was added. Don’t require it. If need be to make everything fit, we can do without Small.

Have you embedded the Form on any website? I could see the form in your account. Have you removed the code from your website?

Thanks for the prompt response. I logged in via the web and corrected. Somehiw on my phone I did something that archived the form. I found and restored it.
