This form is currently unavailable

    I created a form and every time I would like to see the form on the Internet in a new tab on my computer it read "This form is currently unavailable". I waited now several days to ask this question but for days now the form is not showing. Can someone please help me with this problem? Thank you! G. Sidler

    It looks like the reason your form is showing the message This form is currently unavailable! is due to the form being disabled from your account. To disable your form please follow the guide below.
