I wish to create a pre-course form for my clients to fill based on a 1-10 rating

Hi,

I coach sales reps and something I've wanted to do for a while is to get them to fill in a sheet of statements based on a 1-10 rating (around 100 statements total).

I want the answers to then rank into all the ones where 8, 9 or 10 was selected so they can then rank these in order at the end. 

Finally, I wish for these responses to save / be sent to me, ideally via Google integration.

Would someone please be able to call me to discuss this specific need? It looks like the bronze option would be best for me to sign up on, which I will if the above is easily possible.

You  could use an Scale Rating field, which you can find in under the Survey Elements: https://www.jotform.com/help/46-Quick-Overview-of-Form-Fields
