How to show/hide pages by using Conditional Response

How can skip pages on a form dependent on specific responses?

Hi,

You can skip pages by using Conditional Logic.

In order to do that:

1.) Please make sure that your form has multiple pages. If it is not, make your form multi-page by adding page breaks.

2.) Click Settings, then select Conditions.

3.) Select SKIP TO/HIDE A PAGE

4.) Now set the IF statement or the rules to when the skip page will occur.

5.) Repeat the same steps for other pages, depending on how you want it to work.
