Appointment Slot Widget reduced 2 slots

    Hi there,

I've been using the appointment slot widget to list specific dates and times for tours. It has been functioning just fine until recently, when the dates were updated within the widget as new tours were scheduled.

For one user's selection, it takes away two slots in the widget and two confirmation emails are sent when the form is submitted. This is happening within the Public Tour Forms. Can someone from your team take a look and see what's happening?

Let me know if further information is needed.

    Thank you!

I made a test on the cloned version of your form but I couldn't reproduce the problem. It only reduced 1 in the widget.

    My cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/93227581853969

And I only receive 1 email notification.

It is possible that the user has submitted the form twice or reloads the page during submissions or on thank you page.

Could you please try it again?

We've tested it again through different browsers and devices, and I'm guessing it has something to do with whether or not a user has accessed the survey previously.

I had tested it again on my computer after reading your response but it still doubled up the email confirmations and slot selections. However, when I tested the survey on my phone where I hadn't accessed the survey previously, I only received one confirmation email.

Is there any way for you to confirm that this is a cache/browser history issue? Has anyone run into this before?

Let me know your thoughts - I appreciate the help!

I have been testing your form and was able to see the widget discounts properly, example:

I have cleared your forms cache, you may also clear your browser's cache too, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.pcmag.com/article/333441/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser

If the problem persists, please let us know the OS and browser you're using to test your form, we will perform some tests on our end in order to find what may be causing the problem.
