Will code change depending on which subscription I use?

Right now we are using the free/starter version of JotForm. If I move to a paid level, in order to get rid of branding, will that change the code for my forms?

Hi Cynthia,

No codes/form styling shall be affected when you switched Plans/Subscriptions. Upgrading to a Paid plan will only increase your FORM LIMITS in terms of the number of forms you can create with the account, submission limit, form views and etc.

Thanks JohnRex - I read through the link you sent, however it doesn't actually answer my question. 

I see that when using the free/starter version of JotForm there is JotForm branding on the Thank You page, as well as in the confirmation email the recipient may receive. No monthly charges for me = free advertising for JotForm - I get it. 

What I was wondering though is if that free advertising/JotForm branding is part of the actual coding of my forms? For example is there is an html portion of the code which generates JotForm branding, and if so is that branding code is not in the paid levels of my forms? It sounds from your response as if this is not the case, however reading through the link it doesn't refer to my question so I'm still unsure.

The JotForm banner shown below the form, thank you page and on email notifications are only applied on the Free/Starter plan. When you upgrade to any of the paid plans, they are automatically removed. This is also indicated on the pricing page.
