Trouble downloading attachments

Hi JotForm Team!

First, thanks for all you do - you've got a great product that really helps me with my small company.

I have artists that have applied to an art fair and I'd like to download all the images.... I've tried it now 5 times. I get an e-mail that the files are ready and it sits and doesn't download. Maybe it's too many files?

Thank you so much for your help, I wasn't aware of this method ... unfortunately I am getting the same results - the file sits on my desktop and doesn't download.... it shows a bar to show progress and this bar stays empty. Maybe the file is too large? Is there a way to download it in smaller pieces without downloading it from each application (there's a little over 100 applications, so I'd like to avoid that route). Thank you again for your time and help.
