Form not always submitting

Hi

We are getting reports from users who are unable to submit our form.

Either clicking the submit button doesn't seem to do anything or they get a message that submission has been blocked by an extension.

We've removed the form from the site for now.

Can you provide any help on what might be causing this?

I have just tried to submit a test submission on your form and I was able to submit the same. I have tried it with Chrome.

Can you please confirm that is it a random issue with only a few users or with any specific browser that they are using? A screenshot of the error message will also help.

I have also cleared your form cache just case if it helps.

The issue submitting forms seems to be random. 2 users have reported they were using laptops. Other users not known. Each user has said the system just hung when they pressed the final ‘Submit’ button and nothing happened. If I receive any further reports of issues I will ask Browser and try to find out more.
