Move forms from one account to another

Hi, I'd like to give my JOT form to another subscriber. How can I move it over to their account?

As requested, I have moved the form you mentioned to the account username: Odysseybarbell.

Also, I can see that the said account is currently suspended due to many failed payment attempts using a credit card.

I have now activated the account. If you are the user or knew who the owner of the account, please advise him to contact his bank first before trying to upgrade again. Kindly ask them what is the reason for the failed payments, especially when the card is active. It is likely for your security.
