Warning Message is not showing on Web Page when form is disabled

    When I disable the "Casual Application Form" .  In "Form Status"in jot form, the "Form" is replaced by a small white Rectangle on the web page. That all that happens the "Warning Message" is not shown, just a small white rectangle.

    I can see that you have added the form back into the website, presumably to prevent viewing the white rectangle:

    Could you try embedding the form using the iFrame code? Then disable the form and see if the white rectangle is still being shown.

    I have followed your instructions and the message is now being shown.
