Why email from JotForm into Promotion folder in my email?

    Halo,

    Why email from Jotform into Promotion folder in my email? Why there is not in inbox?

    Generally, emails with the subject or content having promotional offers, deals, etc shall be landed in Promotions folder that are detected by the email service provider. You may move the email to Inbox so that the emails shall continue to land in Inbox folder. You may consider checking the subject/content of the email and make necessary changes.
