Hi we are receiving this error although we havent used any submissions and the month has just started. I believe this is an error can you help us.
The url attached takes you to where we have new patients fill out confidential patient information by using jotform.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your account is indeed active but it seems the issue is with form cache. I have cleared your form cache now and this fixes the problem. Please check your forms again.
