The "Reply-to Email" field changes with its own

    Hi,

    I'm having problems with this function as the "Reply-to Email" field changes automatically.

    By default I have it empty, but then it just pick one random question from the check list as set it as default.

    Sometimes I don't get the email notification, check it, and it was randomly changed

    We have noticed that you have 3 forms. May we know are you experiencing the issue in all the forms where reply-to drop down is changed automatically.

    Could you please create a new notification to see if this solves the issue?

    I'm having issues in the one named "Devoluciones".


    I'm a paid user, and have set three notifications emails in the notification tab, and 12 different conditional emails based on a question (if answer is "A", send email to a@email.com...if answer is "B", send email to b@email.com, ....).


    Sometimes I only receive the email from the conditional question...other times no email...

    From the email logs, we have noticed that the emails were sent recently.

    Try whitelisting our IP address and Domain.

    Can we make some tests on your form to see if it is sent successfully?
