Account Suspended

    Hello, 

    My account is suspended for possible phishing, but none of my forms are phishing attempts. Can my account be reinstated and could you please tell me which form(s) are phishing attempts.

    Hello Tara!

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, I am more than happy to investigate this issue further.

    After searching your account I am seeing that you have been suspended due to Credentials Phishing within your Web Designer Client Questionnaire form. It seems that in this form you are requesting user login credentials which is against our Terms of Use

    In order to have your account re-activated you will need to agree to our Terms of Use and allow us to delete the offending fields so that the form in question is no longer violating our terms.

    Hi Tara!

    I have gone ahead and deleted the offending fields from your form and re-activated the account under the username reigntravels and email info@reigntravels.com. However, it seems that you have reached the limit of forms allowed on your account so I was unable to enable the form that was in violation.

    You can either delete any other of your forms so that there is free space for your Web Designer Client Questionnaire form, or you can also upgrade your account so that your usage limits are increased and you may add more forms as you please.
