This is an error I am getting when a form is attempting to be submitted:
File upload errorAn error occurred when uploading file(s) to the server.

I can see that you have embedded your form's source code in your website. Do you really need to embed the form source? If you do need that, please get a fresh copy of your form's source code as it's possible that the field has been update. Take note that any changes you made to your form won't automatically reflect on your embedded form source.
Kindly grab a form source by checking this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.
Otherwise, try using iframe instead https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

No good. Doesn’t matter what I do It doesn’t work of copy properly into my html code. Now Im getting new errors.

On my other computer it is error codes

It worked so well for so long. Not sure what has happened.
PS Im not that good with building websites and am just self taught.
