Create an approval workflow form.

I 'm making a form that will be submitted by Person-1

In the form there will be 4-5 other emails contacts.

I want the form to go to Person-2 to review and agree to terms in form.

    a) I want to ID all responses with this form to be ID with the same Job Number.

It can be the original Form ID Submitter number.

    b) I want the Form to go to Person-2 to be reviewed, and say hit an agreement button as accepting terms.

    c) Point of (a & b) is to end up with a new agreed on document where Person-2 Agrees first and it goes back to Person-1 Agree/Sign . I don't need DocuSign, I just want to generate a final form where it shows both agree to form terms.

    d) I wants Persons 3 & 4 (2-Mangers) to get the Final Agreement by Person 1 & 2 To agree to that Agreement (Person 1 & 2) is okay. More a notices if nothing else.

    e) In the end of above (a-d) The Person-5 gets a Notice of the Agreement, The Two Mangers are okay with it.

Is this possible to processing this way in jot forms?

Kindly review our approval workflow guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow as it seems to be similar to what you are trying to achieve with your form.

Let us know if it's missing a feature you are looking for.

Here is the flow I need to make work somehow. If possible, or best options.

My new Form flow needs: One Form, using the forms {ID#} by JotForm as master records on all emails.

Agent-1  Starts the Process and submits this form.

IF- Agent-1  Select box asking Relocation Mgr. find agent. It goes the that department to add information to form. Fills in information needed. Resubmits this form. If Agent-1 does not  check box it goes directlt to Agent-2 email.

Agent -2 receives it via email and reviews the forms information.

Fills in their information needed. Resubmits this form.

Agent-1 via email reviews the forms information confirms and approves it by editing the submission and re-submitting it. Or something like this.

Agent -2 receives it now again as a final agreement between (Agent-1 & Agent-2)  via email.

-Agent-1 & Agent-2 Now have the Final agreement finished. Now Notice to below are sent out.

    Manage-1 (and/or someone else) receives a Notice now. Of Agent-1 & Agent-2 Final agreement

    Admin-1 (and/or someone else) receives a Notice now. Of Agent-1 & Agent-2 Final agreement

    Corporate-1receives a Notice now. Of Agent-1 & Agent-2 Final agreement.

Thank you for the additional information. I believe this can be achieved using the guide provided above. A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

I understand that there is no approval process necessary but the flow is the same as that of the workflow being discussed in the guide.

Please do try the said guide and let us know if you need further assistance. We'll be happy to assist you with this.

Okay I have my form design. I have an issue when i hit the preview PDF.

    https://form.jotform.com/200187983024051

Do the form on iPhone and iPad. Only a corner of PDF preview can be seen

when hitting the button at bottom.

If I run the form and preview on a laptop. I see the whole PDF preview fine.

    Why is this?

BTW. Still adjusting some text sizing placing on the PDF form for printing. Note where the date is. Its to big.

    Your form is mobile responsive.

May we know if your fillable form is embedded to a web page?

Yes it can be infilled on the iPhone and iPad.

Yes there will be links to form, embedding with Website.

Link will be sent of by email.

I feel most responses will be done mobile on iPhone and iPad.

Most will get the form link off the website in the Agent forms section.

Did you see the issue with PDF previews?

This may be an issue to older iPhones. But on a 4s, 5s and SE

On a 4s we only get the making the PDF logo

On the 5s and SE we only see the upper red logo and a few lines.

On Laptop viewing in Chrome we see the preview fully.

Assume any laptop this preview will work.

I see you have the iPhone 7

Would like this to work with any cell/pad.

But will turn off preview for now. As not that important.

    --------------- one to next thing.

I am now at a point to make the form send out Final notice emails.

When both Bottom Agree boxes are checked. And submitted.

I need to send out the fully filled PDF to each- TO Agent, From Agent, Agent Manager, Agent Admin and CC Relocation Department.

I don't see this function in conditional logic section.

It seems the PDF is not supported on iPhone 4s.

Also, you can follow this guide on how to send notification emails based on conditions:

With regard to the other thread you posted, I will be responding to it shortly.
