User gettting error message - "Access Token is missing

    Someone trying to fill out a jot form and make a payment completed all the fields including credit card payment.  When she submitted the form, she received an error message, "Access token is missing.  Please contact form administrator.  See link to form below.  Please advise ASAP how to fix this problem.

    I've checked your form and it seems that the payment field is not connected. Kindly reconnect it and make sure to hit the Continue button at the button to save the changes.
